It is the policy of Stresster Engineering and Construction Limited that every responsible effort Shall be made to ensure that all employees have Safe Healthy and good Environment place in which they work and adequate welfare facilities and that the surrounding environment shall not be adversely affected by work activities.
To this extent management are committed to actively implement and promote an effective risk management programme to ensure risks to the Health and Safety of all its stakeholders and to the natural environment are minimized.

To enable us to do this, management has set the following objectives:

 

-		We shall comply with the Stresster Construction and Engineering SHE Management System as a minimum, unless cross border local regulatory requirements exceed these standards.
-		We shall continuously identifying and assessing occupational and environmental hazards with a view to implementing measures to mitigate or control these elements.
-		We shall train all personal to identify, eliminate or control the effect of hazards in Safety Health and Environmental issues, responsibilities and accountabilities.
-		We shall provide visible leadership, leading by example and considering the Safety, Health and Environmental implications of our strategic decision.
-		We shall perform internal and external audits on the company to ensure stated performance levels are achieved and maintained.
-		Providing adequate financial and physical resources to achieve SHE management objectives in an effective and productive manner.
-		Reviewing this policy at regular intervals in line with our philosophy of continuous improvement.
